"Transformers 3" confirmed for 2011

Ending a complete lack of suspense, director Michael Bay said Thursday that he will shoot a third "Transformers" film, whose release date has been brought forward by exactly one year to July 1, 2011.

Paramount's summer 2011 is shaping up to have four tentpoles: Marvel features "Thor" and "First Avenger: Captain America" bow May 20 and July 22, respectively.

自變形金剛：復仇之戰推出後，影迷就在引頸期盼是否還會有續作推出，卻一直未獲正式的回應。終於在上週四導演麥可貝證實他將會繼續執導變形金剛第三集電影，而預定上映日期是2011年7月1日。

除了變形金剛系列新作外，派拉蒙影業在2011年夏季還有好幾部精采的強片登場，其中驚奇娛樂的兩部大作“雷神索爾”和“美國隊長：復仇者降臨”將分別在5月20日和7月22日上映。
